Default Service req 10037

Again idle. My Neoflex printer shows "service req 10037". Printhead has gone?

What did you other normal? Did you take off head? Yes, that is head is done life. But most likely it isn't. Check all ribbon connections. Make sure power is hard off. I mean plug off.

It's happened so many times that I can write the rule.
Every time you unplug the two cables (the white one and the blue one) from the printhead, the printer shows the "Service req 10037" message. You can do nothing. It's useless re-opening the printhead case to check the connections. You only have to wait. One day, two days and that message will disappear. Don't ask me why.
I've read other posts on this topic. Someone got the same error when tried to replace the printhead.

I think connection error if prints good. Humidity level? Clean area very well check rusted or ~.
If you have old Printhead try it and see same error ones out or not.
That error code is Printhead change but it is not necessary if prints good.
