Default ink Dropping from under the caps line

Hello All

Leaking ink from underneath the caps is an old problem on my machine. Infact I had had it looked at by the Mimaki TECh at least 3 times. But it is recurring and consistant.

I have had a pump changed, the caps replaced and the the dampers were replaced before the machine was delivered.

Problem - Inks drops from under the caps (the black line) Ink drops are visible on the black line that drops down from the caps. the tech tried to fix this problem by replacing the little metal connector between the pump and cap lines.

It seemed to stop the leak but it has recurred with a vengeance.

Does anyone has any solution to this?
It is not affecting the performance of the machine but the leaking inks looks unsightly and could be a symptom of a bigger problem.

I look forward to any help that the forum members have to offer.

Warm wishes to All
