Default Head cleaning?

I saw something about this company that claims it can clean the print heads with this machine - has anyone tried it?

https://www.printheaddoctor.com/

Any tricks to cleaning the print heads of your Kornit other than purging etc? we have a white head that is always problematic.

Works good. You need W4 fluid (the strongest they sell).
Successfully cleaned 6 printheads so far. 100% nozzles.
You need to follow the instructions and practice a bit (on a broken printhead if possible).

Search for a printhead cleaning service in your region.

Hi,
Printhead doctor works very good.

First of all, have you make flushing procedure for this ph?
You have to put flushing fluid and clean the entire ink line (purging). When you see a good courtain (homogeneus) coming out, proceed to refill with ink.
Good luck!
