Default White tshirt with problem after drying

Hello.
I have a problem with white tshirt. After drying traces of yellow appear.
I used 14% fixation agent and 4:20 time for drying at the temperature of 160 degrees.
Tshirt is Adler, Single Jersey, 100 % cotton (composition may differ - colour 03 - 97 % cotton, 3 % viscose, colour 12 – 85 % cotton, 15 % viscose), silicone finish.

Hi the yellow is the reaction between the fixation and the starch in the t shirt fibres. rinsing them will take out the yellowing.

Have you tried cutting down your dry time or lowering the temp? Almost sounds like you are scortching the pretreat.

I used drying at 170 degrees but I dropped it to 160 and raised the drying time and got the same result.

Hi Ghoster
we find this phenomenon only on one type of t shirt we manufacture, its a combed cotton 160gr white that
we experience the brown stain, curing time and temp are the same on all other variants we manufature with no staining.

yes 15% on white and up on dark garments. try curing for 1 min longer and see. your t shirts are 100 % cotton i presume.
