Default Printing red on Storm

Relatively new to the Storm, but not new to Photoshop or digital printing in general.
However, we are running into files where we need to print a nice deep scarlett red and no matter what we do they come out a peach orange color.
Has anyone run into this issue, and if so have you found a solution?

I had this issue a while back on my breeze. (I needed to print a fire engine red) What I did was I found a color chart that CMYK values in them and I printed it out onto a shirt and cured it. When ever i needed to a deep red I would look at that shirt and put in those CMYK values even if it looked wrong in photoshop and after I did that all my prints were fine.
