Default Fixation agent has changed recently

Our fixation agent bottle has changed recently. I am pretty sure it's not only the bottle, but the fixation agent is also changed.

Our problematic prints (mostly yellow meets black and white meets black) are getting worse. Please check the image to see the exact problem.

Our white only prints with thin letters also have the same issue. As i know it's a simple fixation agent problem, so we changed the 3:1 ratio to 2:1, and the prints are much better.
It seems the new fixation agent does not foam as much as the older one and has less powerful odor. It's a little bit difficult to check without the older fixation agent though.
Have you used any of the bottles below?

Can we use the 2:1 ratio without consequences? We don't like to get washing issues.
Have you met this kind of problem?

We forwarded the problem to kornit, but we don't expect fast answer, if there will be any answer... Kornit support is not too helpful. In Central Europe at least.

I have been using 2:1 ratio for many years now. minimal problems relating to fixation. Using 50-FIXA-2211 . Not sure what the differences are.

We still got the old one. - Didn't no one tell you that its a new mix ratio. ?
About another question. How much do you use on white t-shirts. ? - We play around with 10% and 15 and 20% - Seems that prints a better looking coming out the oven with 20%. but not sure if its good for the washability. ?

also, tro to follow us on facebook, with your questions about the New Fixation. maybe someone there uses it to.. -https://www.facebook.com/groups/204944886528230/?fref=ts

We changed the ratio to 1:2,5. It seems better for our prefernces.

About the white T-shirts, i can't give you exact advice. There are too many variables. (T-shirt, oven temperature, humidity, pump pressure, ect...)
As i noticed, in general, more fixation means less fluffy and more whitey prints.

If the smell is different, then you probably got the wrong type of fixation, for a different ink. Kornit released a version 500 ink with different fixation, that was ultimately pulled from the product line. You may have gotten the v500 fixa, which doesn't work well with the ink you probably have. Or, it was just a bad batch, in which you could try a different batch number (should be on each bottle of concentrate), and see if the quality changes.

Thank you for the reply. Problem was solved by the next shipment of pretreatment and we have no issue ever since.

We assume that it was simply a bad batch.
