Default Kornit Storm II Pallet Frozen

Hi,

Our right pallet has frozen stuck so we can't turn the machine on at all and basically can't do anything currently.

Attached is the error code.

Anybody had this before or have any idea on how to fix it?

Thanks,

Nic

I would have said the same, but even with no power to it - it it frozen, when it should be free moving - awaiting a technician visit.

Technician booked in for next day visit, so can't complain!

Yep so all good, and remote support helped get the printer going on one pallet anyway so it wasnt at a complete standstill

it's an overload error that I have experienced on our machine as well. Easiest way I have been able to fix it is by doing a hard reset on the whole machine. There is the main power switch on the back corner. Just turn it off and let me machine power down. Wait 30 seconds and power back on. Follow all steps just like you are setting it up for the day. If it does it again, then call Kornit and see what they can do via remote. I have had this problem on more than one occasion. Usually resetting the machine works.

Turned out it looks like some PT has been getting through the bellows and had caused the drive bars to rust causing the pallet to completely seize!

I was having a similar problem with the bellows and condensation from the humidifier building up on them (only on the Storm II, not the Storm 931). I was able to adjust the humidifier so It can run constant but won't get the humidity build up on the bellows. I haven't had a problem since.
I would also double check to make sure that their is enough gear lube in the channel guide. I put a good amount in their the last time I did the maintenance on our machine! I just followed the maintenance guide from Kornit and didn't have a problem!
