Came across this and I tried a few things first I thought the valve was sticking and cleaned that out and it was fine for a time then did again. I was to busy to take the time to clean it and it kind of just worked it's self out so I never bothered.

Agree with above posts. It's just one of those Breeze things that happens.

Does anyone have a cheap fix for this? We get it with one machine. Kornit suggested replacing the manifold a cost of $654 plus shipping and labour.

Try cleaning the manifold first really well and all the valves, make sure there is no ink or anything caked in there I cleaned everything with soap and water and then went over it with alcohol and made sure everything was completely dry and it worked fine after that. Beats spending $654 if you don't have too.

Thanks, will have to take a look. Do you know roughly how long it took to complete?

It always takes longer to do it the first time because but you can probably get it off and cleaned up and back in about an hour, hour and a half give or take depending on if it is really dirty or not. I personally had to do it like 4 times by then I was good to go in 20 mins. the hard part is getting to everything because you have to take off the whole back of the machine.

It depends on which version Manifold you are. If the 7 channels, it can be clean. If 6 to buy a new one.

33-MNFD-0042 - 7-Place Manifold (Valid from Machine no. 921-076and up).

So I took the cover off and have fallen at the first hurdle, was only having a scout out whilst I wait for our alcohol to arrive so I could plan how I am going to take the thing off! but I could only see two screws on the top, obscured by the valves, also at the side there are what looks to be some large holes that could be Allen key but it's too tight to see.

Any help is appreciated!

Almost everything on this machine you need an allen wrench for so keep a few handy!

Been printing today and still getting the pressure too high warning but now it's also coupled with what can only be described as the sound of a small engine like a rattle coming from the manifold area. Any ideas?
