the problem satrted after we hit the emergency stop button since we loaded a wront shirt to a print job. right after turning the machine on again the error appeared. we think it could be a broken fuse?

kornit told us they will call us tomorrow and get a technician over.

any other ideas from you guys? thanks!
I think I may know the answer to this one. Go to tools select technician put it in the password. Then go to maintenance. Once that pops up hit ink reset, you may need to hit it twice. You can see if that helps you any. Any time I get that message I do that and it's fine. Or it could be a fuse. Good luck either way

Also on a side note when you are restarting it are you just doing it from the emergency stop or from the main power supply. If your using the emergency stop try the power supply. That sometimes works.

quick update:
we called kornit 1800 right after the error appeared. next day 1200 kornit tech guy was here to fix it. somehow the ink lines (both magenta and black) buckled up causing that no ink could get into the secondary tanks anymore. seems like the lines were to short so that could happen. anyway, fixed now.

good support so far.

Good deal you have to love when it's as simple as short lines. I had kinda the same thing happen awhile back but with the air manifold. Basically the yellow ink degasser failed and got sucked into the vacuum line went to every one of the other lines except white and almost made it to the vacuum pump before I could hit the emergency stop. But the whole reason why they said it happened was because of a short line which kinked and forced the degasser to fail some how. That was not fun to fix.

I wanted to send you all an update after the first 4 weeks with the breeze:
> machine has about 2000 shirts on the counter
> quickp had to be restarted twice due to program just quitting for no reason
> waste ink container is now half full (2l out of 4l container)
> machine was down for 4 hours due to ink lines being too long
> support is great and very quick
> no misprints at all

overall we are very happy we've made the decision to purchase a breeze. never tought we could print 2k without any errors. it is quicker than we thought and there is ease of use.

Here's an update after the first 8 weeks with the breeze:
> no problems
> counter is close to 4000 prints
> one of the white heads sometimes has 2-3 nozzles that are hard to break free again (will have to closely examine this problem
> we are still waiting for kornit to update quickp for second color pass

generally, we are still very happy with the machine and would buy it again at this point.

Another update after approx 6k prints:
today the breeze started acting all weird with the spray system. it gave us a few leaks here and there, but after a few dozen shirts printed today, the spray pump seems to be destroyed as there was no spray regulation which flooded the pallet and surrounding areas. sucks.
tomorrow kornit tech will come and replace the broken parts. will report back.

Sounds like it is the spray regulator. Sometimes they get maxed out but you can take them apart to fix. The spring in the back gets stuck. Was this your issue?
