I printed an image. The RIP file on the screen looks a little gray. After printing, the printed image looks a little blue. I know it's because RGB and CMYK issue.
Do you know what software can do color management for Kornit machine? Or do there be other way do to the color management?
Thank you in advance.
You can tune the monitor to look like the shirt, then write down your settings. That way you can revert back and forth if needed. It works best if you can set up dual monitors and devote one of them to proofing the kornit prints.
Thanks for your suggestion. But I can't adjust my client's monitor. That's why I'm looking for the kornit color management software. As I know, Kornit Digital is developing the new QuickP to do this. Hope it can be released soon.
So you are trying to email images as proofs for approval? If so, it's highly unlikely that you will ever get a good onscreen view of a print. RGB vrs CMYK.
The other option is to print a sample, then open the image in photoshop. Now using a mask layer, adjust the photo until the screen looks close to the shirt. Save the settings of the mask layer and you should have a preview mask that you can use on other images.
This won't be exact but should get you close.
