Print solid color is a little difficult for Kornit Printer from my experience.
Sometime there are lines in the solid area, especially on dark or black Tee.
I have 2 solutions:
1.Use interlace mode to print image, but you will get a darker print.
2.Calibrate by change parameters in MMP.txt. If you don't know how to do, ask Kornit Support.
rough surface:
heat press the garment before print, or heat press, then spray, use a plastic ruler to scrape the garment surface then send to print.
white line:
maybe it is because of the banding problem. You must change parameters in machinemotionparams.txt. Take a picture, send to kornit then ask kornit to get support.
This is the EXACT issue that Kornit could not fix on our machine. We had an order for a 1200 shirts with a red tie as one of the elements in the design. The 932 always printed the tiniest of lines in the red, ruining the print. They could actually move the line by changing the machinemotionparams.txt, but they could never get rid of it. It happened on numerous designs that had solid color. Now that was a few years back, so maybe they have a fix for it now.
