Default JPSS For Retail ?

Hi All,

Ive been sublimating for around 4 years now, the only issue i have is a small percentage of folk dont like polyester Tees,

So.. i'd love to offer 100% cotton and use JPSS transfers, BUT .. how on earth can you use something for retail that only has a 30 degree wash

Or am i over thinking ?

would love any input on this .. or if there is another transfer brand with a higher wash temp.

I have bought a sample pack and washed at 40 degrees just to see if they hold up .. and 75% of the image is now in the drain.

Thank you

Some of the laser papers say that they can hold up to a 40 degree wash. You could also use cut vinyl if the designs are simple and you have a cutter.

Another option is to supply washing instructions with the jpss shirts; 30 degrees, inside out, iron on reverse. They should hold up for a long time if the instructions are followed.

Use pigment ink!!! You can even bleach and use very hot water.
