Default HPN Signature Series vs Mpress Black Series

Hello all. Been lurking for a while trying to do some research. It appears we have gone the usual route, starting with an almost no name Chinese press that has now given up the ghost. We got a great deal on a barely used model that worked great for about a year, so no complaints really. But now we are in the market for a better machine. This is a hobby and while it may get used often, it's usually for a couple of shirts or sweatshirts. A few times a year it gets used for about 50 shirts (school related type stuff for the teachers). Pretty sure that's what killed the last one. Which brings me to the question above, what are the real differences in quality between the Signature Series and the Black Series? We like the slide out drawer of the Signature, but the Black seems to be more robust. Is it worth the trade off? We are looking at 15x15 clamshell. The old one was a 12x15 and did everything we needed, so size is not an issue. Thanks in advance!

Or any other suggestions? Not sure I trust the $170 online machines. I think we'll be in the same boat within a year unless someone has some experience on a lower cost machine with our volumes. Even HPN said the CraftPro's were good for about 25 per week.

i'd be leery of the mpress, as i've seen some bad reviews on it (they seem to be like most of these cheaper presses, very hit or miss)

i can't speak to the hpn black series

the transpro 15x15 is in that range for $369, link here
plus you get a $50 credit for your next purchase over $100

it gets good reviews and has good support (which you really want at this price point)
send proworlded a private message, he is a member here and can answer any questions you may have

I bought the HPN 16x20 swing away. I've had it for over a year now, and I'm not happy with it. It has pressure issues, and there is a spot on the press that just will not work for me, I have problems in that spot every time, top middle area.

I've tried to adjust the pressure repeatedly, but no luck. I can't wait to throw this thing off a cliff to be honest. It has cost me hundreds of dollars in misprints. I figured a $800 press would be good, but I plan on spending twice that next time and getting a hottronix.
