Default Roland BN-20

I have a design that is black and gray. When I printed labels on the BN-20 the gray printed brown. I'm not sure how to fix this. I checked the black ink and there is sufficient ink.

Grey is really hard to print. Are you using the Versaworks? When you save your file, what does your color profile look like? Have you printed a swatch sheet?

I had a simple problem with the red ink on my BN 20,
The red with print orange
What I did, I start using the Roland color chart
And that solve the problem......

This is your answer (above in red).
We have been using Roland printers for about 15 years! No issues with gray, red, orange, or pretty much any other color. Just use the tools they provide, now a days its pretty easy to hit the right colors.
Good luck!

Thanks to you all. How do I fix the colors with a customer supplied design? I have Photoshop 5 and Corel 7. This is not my strong area of expertise.
