Default Doing screen print transfer or sublimation

Hi!

A guy wants some racing t shirts- a ton of colors and an image on him. What do you guys suggest- screen printed transfer or sublimation...

It is a front and back design.

Does anyone know any cheaper websites from sublimation or screen printed transfers that I can upload to and get them shipped or how to do my own??

How many?

Sublimation would generally be cheaper but at some point screen print might.

Other things to consider are that screen printing (and its transfers) works on cotton and dye sub works on light-colored polyester. I mean, with some additives screen printing works on poly. I don't know if the poly friendly chemicals work on transfers. I was just speaking in generalities.
