Exclamation Printing size help!

Hey everyone.. I seem to be having a slight problem. Using CS4 and I have a 4 color design. All the colors are separated and everything is the same size/resolution. However, when I print them out, they're all coming out different sizes so nothing matches up when placed together. I have it on 'Center Image' when in the print setup screen. I tried the 'Scale to Media' and it enlarged some to way too big and made others too small.

Is there something I'm doing totally wrong, and can someone please help me with this? Thanks!

What you're doing sounds fine, don't fit to media.
Can you check that you haven't anything in the PRINTER dialogue box as well as PS?
OR - put a bounding box around your design with a registration colour - the program will think all your plates are the same size.

the bounding box may solve your issue... everything else sounds good. just another idea here, are using an inkjet printer with vellum? sometimes if your image layers have different amounts of ink coverage on the vellum, then it may cause the vellum to shrink slightly. but thats only if you are using vellum with inkjet printing...
