Default Outlined TEXT

I use X4 and I'm trying to overlap Collegiate Heavy Outlined Text without the text that is underneath showing through the gaps in the outlined area. Is that possible? If so, how? Thanks!

Sorry, I see what you mean:

Position the Collegiate font where you want it.

Duplicate it.

Select the original and convert it to curves.

Break it apart.

Make it white.

Positione the duplicated Collegiate text over the one you're just made white.

I responded before I saw the graphic but the method is the same.

Convert to curves and break text on the duplicate.
Put that between the background text and the foreground text... as attached.

You're welcome! Always good to learn something new.

The outline seems to be 0.5mm.
Red on the black text and black on the red text.
