Default How to price T-Shirts using Transfer Express?

I use transfer express but have a hard time providing prices for my t-shirt printing businesses. Even when selling basic white shirts with black print, my competition prices are lower. Obviously the price for shirt will make some difference but establishing pricing along with trying to make a profit using Transfer Express is somewhat challenging. Does anyone have any tips on how I can use transfer express, provide competitive prices while making a profit?

You could use less expensive transfer makers. Check out 613originals.com. 1 color transfers start at 15 cents plus a nominal set-up fee.

Everything being equal, it's virtually impossible to compete with someone doing direct screen printing while you're using plastisol transfers. You'll have double labor (yours and the transfer co.) and double markups.
