Default Is AlphaBroder expanding too far?

Iíve used Alpha Broder for many years now, but this week a regular customer who wanted a large order of printed apparel told me that Alpha has purchased a Promotional Company and gave him a price of less than half of what I quoted. (And, I gave him below my best price to start off.)
Any truth to this?
Iím hoping my supplier isnít taking my business away.

the only option is for every single apparel decorator who uses them as a supplier is to drop them

send them a note explaining that they are no longer your apparel supplier because of this

if they want to be apparel decorators then they will not be apparel suppliers

Alpha may call themselves wholesalers, but they've been selling direct to customers for decades. Even today, you don't need a wholesale license to set up an account with them.

So printing on products they sell was the next logical step for them. They want to become the next Custom Ink.

As Edward said, move on, stop using them if you can. They certainly aren't the cheapest anyway.

Need help!! I am looking for women's fashion T-shirts that are not too thin. I embroider them or bling them out. I was using Bella style 1001, 5.8oz 1x1 rib in black. They are no longer available. They were perfect for my customer. Now I can't even find a 5 oz 1x1 rib short sleeve in black. Everything I see is 4 oz and no rib. I need to find something very soon. Thanks!!
