Exclamation GCC AR-24 Cutting Issue

Hello! I just recently bought the GCC AR-24 & for the life of me cannot get it to cut - when I first got it I was able to get it to cut a few shirts for me but now it will not cut the vinyl. I have tried adjusting the pressure in the output panel & playing with the blade but nothing works. Help would be great! Thank you

I am waiting for the customer service line to open in a half an hour. Have been working on it all morning to try to figure out myself
