Default Expert 24 LX accuracy

I am the owner of an Expert 24lx. It is far more accurate than my mh350 US CUTTER . The expert can cut fine detail the m350 can't . Also the expert 24 lx has an optical eye. However, I find a thin white outline on images that I have contour cut.

I have adjusted my offset only to find that it shift the white outline. I have seen videos on the graphtec ce6000 and do not see an outline after images have been cut. Is this machine quality related or will there always be an outline on all machines.

Start the VLCD program and check the settings on the tabbed sections. I "believe" you can adjust the distance of the contour line from the graphic.

Should be set at .001 for the 24LX. The setting appears when go thru your cut sequence.

It sounds like you may not be adjusting the proper setting.

When you're building your contour line, it sounds like you may have it at a higher number, I believe it defaults to .08

Here is an image of that setting menu:

What you'd want to do is select your graphic, go to Tools -> Contour Line to bring up this menu
Then adjust it and build the contour line, it's recommended to change the color to something more visible like Red

I run all cuts at 0.01 and it works very well. I outline everything with black outline and I uncheck keep interior elements unless I need the inside cut. The white trim is literally 1px. I havn't had the time to play with the setting but I will and let you know. Thx so much everyone!
