Default PUMA3: check media or drum or x motor

I am getting this error all of a sudden on my puma 3.
When i load a roll i get no error, when i load a sheet, it needs to scan x and y, i get this error
Does it mean my x axis motor is broken? I did some tests with the maintenance manual, and the x motor encoder seems to work fine, as i see the values change when i move it, but when i try the functions drum moves backward and drum moves forward, the motor only moves a few steps and then stops
