Default Having problems with banding in my white print

My white print is banding. Do I need to align the print heads, and if so how? I have Windows 7 operating system. I have tried but can't figure out how to do it. Any help would be great Thanks for your time and attention Mark

no alignment needed, you have a clogged head and need to replace it.

Banding doesn't necessarily mean you have a clogged head. How are your carts? Full of ink? How's you ink levels? Too low can have it starve and create banding. Look at your whole ink delivery system and make sure you can prime the carts with a syringe. If you can obtain a good prime then look at the head. Push some flush through the head with a syringe. Get a nice spray out of it?

Most importantly before starting any of this.... Hows your nozzle check look?

Yeah true, most likely though if all that checks out its the head. The white ink sucks for these printers

White ink doesn't have to suck. You just have to understand it. It requires use and maintenance. Once you understand how it needs to be maintained it doesn't suck.
