Default Print bed wont move by motor

bought i very used fast t jet3

the c board works (i guess) couse i can turn the printer on

but i think the motor of the printhead is not working, if i turn the brinter on with the bed completly out in starting position it will turn on but the head isnt moving. then i move the bed by hand a few inches in the middle no the strange noise from bed bed motor stops and head will start to do his sturt up motion. i tried to remove the srews from the front where i think the bed motor is located but i cant remove this black box although i removed all the screws, any ideas?

spiderx told me that the motor is a normal R1900 moter, is that right?
