Question printing issues

My black t-jet is turning on fine, it will clean when i hold the ink button, it will fill when i hold fill, it loads and ejects fine, but, when i send a job to print and i press "load" to send the bed, on its way out(the head is moving in preparation to print) then the bed will make a little "thud" noise and stop abruptly, the head will freeze in position and the error/eject lights + the ink lights flash red.
I have read over the manuals again and again, i have taken this thing apart and put it back together, i cannot find a solution.
If anybody could help me with this issue i would appreciate it so much!

From our Support Department:

It could be the sensor wheel that is dirty or rubbing the sensor itself. If you remove the left side casing of the T2 the wheel will be right there. Use an alchol swab to make sure that it is clean. Also make sure that it is not rubbing the sensor itself also.

Thumbs up Re: printing issues

Thanks Harry that was exactly the issue, the sensor was out of place and was causing a bad read on the wheel.
I appreciate your help regarding this issue very much!
