Default HELP PLEASE! Bizzarre White Ink Issue...

Hi Guys,

I'm new to the forum and not long started printing DTG. I have a Epson Surecolour P600 bought from GB DTG about 2 months ago. Been getting on pretty ok with it not many issues at all, very good prints. Basically the white ink on this print keeps missing parts but it seems to be the same part every time i print it and im realy unsure why (down the left side as it comes out). I have previously done about 3 of these prints before and they were fine i dont believe ive changed anything but cant say for sure. Print Heads are definitely not blocked, pre-treatment is done properly, head cleaned many of times. I'm leaving a 2cm gap on acrorip either side, acroprip settings all double checked. Do you think it's something to do with the image itself i.e resolution / pixels? Or what else could it be? I have tested another image that far over to the left and it prints the white fine. Thanks alot. Images here (the lion one shows a print in the same position as the one im having trouble with so it proves nothing to do with nozzles or pretreatment etc)....

Kind Regards,
- Jam

Some fabrics don't print well when stretched, so maybe that's what's happening near the edge. Otherwise it is a pretreatment issue... The ink doesn't stay on the surface.

It appears to be only on the top left corner, so you have to print something that covers the same spot.
Try printing it on black paper and I bet it will print OK.

Thanks but as i explained in my post , in the photos i attached there is a photo of a lion white print. That is exactly the same place where the ink is missing on that part of the deathrow print on the top left corner. Would DPI or Pixels cause an issue like this possibly?

@TABOB i owe you an apology im so sorry, you were right! I've been buying concentrate pre-treatment and i must of had it watered down to much as i just topped it up with more concentrate, just done a print and it's perfect. Thank you
