Default Tips for a better print?

I've had my F2100 for about 6 weeks now and have done a fair bit of experimenting. I'm not to the point I'm ready to scrap everything I was told by the salespeople and training and start over.

My current setup includes:

Printer - F2100
Pretreater - Pearl PTM
Pretreatment - Epson 2:1 (though I think I like image armor better)
Heat press - Stahl's Fusion IQ
Softweare - Garment Creator

My issue? My prints aren't as vibrant as I know they can be and until I get there I am not ready to sell a product. Sometimes they look kinda dull and not as opaque as they should be. No doubt this is primarily an error in the pretreatment process since most issues start here.

The other issue I'm having is speckling (usually white ink) after curing the ink. It's not there before I press but shows up afterwards.

My questions:

Assuming 14"x16" platen, how many grams should I be putting down?

How long and at what pressure should I be curing the pretreat?

What settings should I adjust in Garment Creator?

I'm hovering for 30 seconds before pressing with light pressure. (pressure 2 on the press) at 338 degrees for 45 seconds for white and 75 for darks or a heavy design.

What am I doing wrong?
