I went through and modified the image, giving it some color and using a light grey color to see if that would get better coverage. White the colors seem to fill in a bit better, and the print may be "passable" it certainly isn't high quality.

So, maybe there is something wrong with the printer?
What is your ink density at? What software are you using for the printer.

Epson Garment Creator.

we've tried 0, +25% and +50%.

White ink is on level 3, color on level 2. delay between passes is 50s.

Hi,

Or... something wrong with the white ink? By the green print picture, it seems that you have white blobs of white ink coming through the green colour? How old is this ink?
Also, are there some foggy effect around the letters? (dirty printhead, print height too high, nozzle deviation?)

The printer wanted to do the white maintenance but there wasn't enough ink the old cartridges so I had to replace both of the whites prior to starting this round of printing.

We're using Epson inks, I had just purchased them about two weeks ago.

I wouldn't say that there is any foggy/fuzziness around the print like over spray from the height. The edges are fairly clean but I would say some of the smaller details on things not pictured could be more crisp.

I should probably run through ALL of the cleaning in the cards they gave me this weekend.

We're pretty close to seeing if we can get an Epson service tech out.
