Default Plug in power cord #2 - error Epson Surecolor S40600

I have Epson Surecolor S40600 large format printer
its giving the error " Plug in power cord #2"

Desicion 1 an certified Epson repair center has swapped out Print Head, Circuit board and Ink bay. Its still not fixed

Epson experts said it was one of those 3 things for sure.
No that they have been replaced it still doesn't work - Anyone ever heard of this error or had it on their printers.

It seams odd that you would replace a print head or an ink bay for an error about power cord.

My machine has been down for 3 weeks
and they are still at square 1 they don't know whats wrong with it.

Are you posting in the right forum? Is this a direct to garment printer?

Let me know if I should move it, and to where.

I am just taking a shot in the dark posting here. Everything else I tried hasn't got me any results. I figured maybe some that has an Epson DTG might have a printer like mine and had the same issue.

If you know a better place to post please let me know. I am willing to try anything to get my printer fixed...

I been on the phone with Epson and it seems like they just don't know how to fix the machine.
