Angry Cannot get bright white

Hello everyone. I'm having the worse time trying to find the right settings for my black shirts.

I'm using PartnerRIP software that came with my printer. It's the Epson Suercolor P600.
I'm fairly sure I'm doing the pretreatment process correctly. Misting the shirt. Lightly rolling. Placing it on my heat press at 340 for 40 seconds.

I'm using 100% cotton shirts.
I've tried from 100% white limit to the full 200%.
From 1440X1440 to the 2880X1440.
Changed brightness and contrast from 10 to 100.
Change large and small dot size.

I just cannot get bright white prints. They all come out grey and dull. If anyone has any advice, I would be forever grateful.

Try adjusting the amount of pretreatment. Typically the darker the fabric, the more pretreatment it takes.
Don't what brand of pretreatment you're using, but I'd start by using a little more of it. Gray is a symptom of not enough pretreatment.
