Default Change a blocked capping station pump

Hi guys, I need to change the maintenance station assembly (or capping station pump, or whatever his name is) from an F2000 out of warranty. This appear to be simple from what I understood.
Now the hard part: the capping station has decided to die keeping the head blocked in the rest position.
I tried to free the head moving the white roller of the capping station (the one that you can see open the small panel on the right of the printer), but initially seemed to be blocked, and then, after some trying, seemed to turn without any effect.

Tomorrow I'll try to take some pics in order to be more exhaustive

So, I already tried asking not so nicely to many different pantheon of deities... any suggestions after this?

Thx a lot

I simply tried many times and finally the pump has released the head. There was a small broken piece of plastic that cause the block
