I've seen users get backgrounds like that if they try to use the feathering controls to increase the white ink. While that "can" increase the white density, it could also create unwanted effects. Those sliders should only be used in the (very rare) instance that you want to adjust the feathering (fading) of soft edges. 99% of the time, you want them at the default of 50%. If you do want to "push the limit" and are not sure if you're going to get a background, you can export the white layer to a tiff file before printing and verify that it's ok before committing to ink.
[edit] If the unwanted background is very faint, it may be difficult to see on the preview, which is why I mentioned exporting the white layer. Again, you should NEVER have to do that unless you're playing around with the feathering settings;

Thanks for using C-Breeze!!

Hi all
Im new in dtg, but too old in t-shirt bussiness.....reently I purchased an Epson F2000, and downloaded a C-breeze demo. It looks better than GC, and if it's true its saving inks I want it .

Any suggestions are welcome,

Chorse, can I set the sizing in centimeters instead of inch? As Im purchasing from Europem after payment I recieve a validating serial to my email? how much i have to wait for the validating serial after payment ?

thank you

Hi and welcome to the dtg industry!
When you purchase, you get your serial number the same day, usually within minutes. You then use that serial number to obtain an unlock code on our web site. Very easy and fully documented.

We look forward to adding you to our growing list of satisfied customers!

Oh, and yes, metric measurements have been requested before (as you can imagine). That feature is due to be added to the next software build which is due at the end of this month.

Not really, the latest version is always available for download online. Whenever the new version is available, just take a few minutes and re-install. No need to wait.

Does anyone have an actual print from c-breeze comparing with GC? Does it really save ink on this?

The brass at Epson tells me that GC estimates are purposely set a little higher than reality.

I tried the cbreeze software less than an year ago and now I'm ready to buy it. To be honest the last obstacle was the absence of the metric measures. I saw that the new version isn't released yet. Can you please tell me if is a matter of days or weeks for the new release?

Thanks

does anyone encountered problems during the validation? I received the serial number, generated the unlock code, but when I insert these data in the program, I receive an invalid serial as result (of course I checked many times that the data inserted were right)

Thank you, but now seems to be solved (or at least on the right road for the solution).
It appear that for error was given to me a mod1 serial instead the F2000 serial
