Can using RIP cause circuit errors?

Default Can using RIP cause circuit errors?

Error 1A37 again after just 3 months of resolving it.
I want to know can the use of RIP softwares make the machine have these kind of errors?

My guess is no. Didn't you have a cable replaced by a tech back in June that solved that issue for you before? Did the tech tell you anything else when he was there?

Yes the cable was replaced. It was working fine. But a few days ago the same error came. No concrete reason for the error could be evaluated.
After june some really interesting developments have happened. Epson has made me the official dealer of F2000 in India and also i now hold the official dealership of DFA Epson edition in India too.
So i just started this thread to sure again that use RIP software shouldn't put any errors in machine.
