Default Using Scripts to send a file from Illustrator or Photoshop to Garment Creator

When using Garment Creator, the standard method of printing a file is to import a saved file in various formats. If you use Photoshop or Illustrator, there is a script available that allows you to send your job directly to Garment Creator without having to save your file and then import. This is fully automated.

To install: Download both scripts that are attached. Expand the scripts.

On a Windows Computer using Illustrator (English Version), copy the Illustrator script into the following folder:

C > Program Files (or Program Files (x86)) > Adobe > Adobe Illustrator (Version) > Presets > en_US > Scripts

On a Windows Computer using Photoshop (English Version), copy the Photoshop script into the following folder:

C > Program Files (or Program Files (x86)) > Adobe > Adobe Photoshop (Version) > Presets > Scripts

On a Mac Computer using Illustrator (English Version), copy the Illustrator script into the following folder:

Applications Folder > Adobe Illustrator (Version) > Presets > en_US > Scripts

On a Mac Computer using Photoshop (English Version), copy the Photoshop script into the following folder:

Applications Folder > Adobe Photoshop (Version) > Presets > Scripts

Once installed, open Illustrator or Photoshop. When your file is ready for print, go to File > Scripts > Garment Creator for Photoshop OR Garment Creator for Illustrator

Garment Creator will open with the image you created with no need to export the file.

Thank you. I was on the Epson website the other day looking all over for these.

Is it convenience that makes this awesome or is there another benefit to sending straight from AI?

Default

More of a convenience, but it does save time and hard drive space.
