Some on the board have said you need to only do a cap station cleaning every week to 10 days. If I know I am going to be sitting for more than a day, then I do one just to help. It what, takes 5 minutes? My theory is I don't want to take a gamble of even a small amount of gunk to mess up the heads and dry it out.

A concern I am having now is the printer seems to be getting louder as the head travels back and forth. Especially when it get to the end of it's travel. No print issues yet. A couple hundred dark green tees to print mid week to I will see if it gets worse.

They did not give any timeframe and we are in our busiest time of the year without the ability to provide our customers with quality prints. Hopefully, this will get resolved soon or we can get Epson to at least send us a machine to use. We don't think it is a humidity issue since we have been printing DTG for 4 years with another brand printer, however, we did order a humidifier just to eliminate any potential humidity issues.
Loaner is dealers responsibility. That's why we make $$$$s.
As SpiderX1 said what's the ink batch number? Date to load? I hope it is not the ink issue. Slim to none chance but still chance is the chance.
Wondering why. Humidity is biggest chance. But why 3rd and 4th channel? Does yours is same? If you are AAEpsonFamily call me 215-634-2235.
Cheers! RIPs are on me always.

Do you clean the suction cap or the replaceable capping station? I Read in the manual that you can't leave any ink cleaner on the capping station to contact the head. What I find strange/amazing is my capping station is totally clean, no stains at all not even a little drop. After 2 months use. Suction cap I clean every week

I don't think you are suppose to touch the replaceable caps except when told to replace them. Only the permanent one is to be cleaned. Also be sure to do the periodic cleaning around the head.

What kind of noisy? Loud=something isn't clean most of time.
Shirts have lots of dusts. Look into detailing. Especially rail & bearing.

There should be an option on your printer in the maintenance to clean around the print head, if it's not there, you would need to update your firmware.

Once you choose this, the head moves out and you clean it with the swabs and cleaner.

This video demonstrates how to clean around the print head.

In the EURO firmware this option is not there. I don't know why but I hope Epson will fix this soon

Did you downloar most current version? Doesn's make sense there are different on firmwares.

Update - Issues Resolved

Just wanted to post the outcome of our resolution. After waiting about 1 week (the parts were on back order), the tech came out and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very methodical in doing the work to try to determine exactly what was causing the issue. After inspecting the machine to make sure we were maintaining it correctly (which we were) he replaced the print head. We ran some tests and were still having the same issue. Next, he replaced the dampers. After running several clean cycles (to get the ink flowing into the dampers) we ran more tests. The damper replacement seemed to do the trick. The last step he did was to check all the print head alignments and recalibrate. He wanted to have us print a few production shirts just to make sure everything was good before he left, which it was.

Well, I hate to say it, but we are down again with the same issue as before. This time, the problem is WH1 and WH2. We had to do a medium clean to get a solid nozzle check, and then those two channels drop out in part or completely during the very first print. Calling Epson tomorrow...

How has your humidity been running this time?

Been keeping it between 40 and 60 percent. Been a pretty dry winter here, so we refill the humidifier every morning and right before we close. Pretty frustrating to not be able to get a solid white print at the moment, but I'm sure we will get it fixed up
