I usually save and print 200 dpi .png files. Keeps the file from being too big but retains excellent quality.

Really? That's interesting I always thought 360 was the min...at least for GC. Well I am sure it works at lower DPI, because your black tee prints always come out AMAZING 😊 hope to get there one day soon!

Word is that there is a Beta version that will have the knockout black feature like NeoRIP and Digital Factory has. I like Garment Creator very much and I use it a lot. Can't wait!

Thanks CC. It won't take you long. The more you print on it the more you'll figure out what works best for you (which I have found can be a bit different for everyone).

I am also a screen printer and the minimum for most separation programs is around 200 dpi so I didn't figure there would be any difference with DTG. There isn't. 300 dpi will give you a little bit crisper image maybe on your computer screen but I doubt you'll see the difference when printing on a t-shirt.

First 2 images printed today after setting up the printer earlier in the morning. I outsourced my DTG work to someone local and the print quality with the Epson is so much better when comparing the work I got done from the other guy.

Thanks. I'm having a blast with this thing. Can't wait to start doing dark prints when I get a pretreater down the line.

Took a trip to Disney and Universal with my wife and 18 year old daughter a couple of weeks ago. We all love hanging all day in the Harry Potter section of Universal and my daughter wanted a sweatshirt to wear on the trip.

After some editing in Photoshop (increased contrast and a little color boost, added logo at the top) I came up with a design to print on the periwinkle Gildan Comfort Color 80/20 sweat that I got from Staton Wholesale.

It is woven like a window screen but I printed on it anyway. I thought it came out spectacular. The photos do not do it justice. The detail that this F2000 can print is truly amazing. Crisp and sharp. White coverage was very good too. Ink laid down smooth.

Pretreated on a Speed Treater at 40 setting. Pressed dry and pretreated again at 50 to ensure good coverage. Pressed dry again and printed.

Printed on a 16" X 20" platen bought off of the Hungarian seller on eBay for $265.00.

Printed using Digital Factory RIP. Increased maximum white to 80% and boosted the color range to 20% increase. No other changes.

Hi guys, just got myself one of these fine machines - I'm actually in the UK. All your pictures look amazing. I've ran a few off but not particularly happy with the colour on the white, sometimes with colour bleeding too. I was hoping you could tell me the best possible setting for colour on white garments?

Using Gildan Premium and B&C T shirts.

Thank you!
