Because the disk I received does not say NeoRIP 2000 it says Kothari Print Pro, but my invoice does say NeoRIP 2000.
I believe there is some miscommunication here. Print Pro v1.5 is the same as NeoRIP 2000. We jumped the gun in naming the software.

The profiles we have generated are all included. If you require assistance with the software please contact All American.

I talked with RIP writer. We will come up with solution soon. Of course upgrade free available.
Matter of fact I will have face to face meeting in Aeoon Austria. Because Aeoon uses same RIP also. At different price tag. $6995/ea. LOL. Same RIP. They go by machine retail price not by RIP contents and functions.
Cheers! RIPs are on me always.

The Kothari RIP software is developed by Kothari. My understanding is that the version for the Epson F2000 is primarily available from Neo (AA) which is why many call it NeoRip (brilliant marketing move by AA as I feel Korhari is the best Rip on the market). Having both the Kothari DTG version and the Kothari F2000 version I can tell you that other than the platens, the software is identical (at least from a user and performance perspective). I know that the platen organizer exists but don't know if or when it will be made available. I have a version of the platen organizer that I am able to use with the F2000. I have found that the profiles provided with the software work better than the generic profile that allows the user to change the print options on the fly (black, white, color, dark). The most valuable feature of the organizer for us is the ability to save our guidelines which allows us to mark the placement areas. I am guessing that the higher ups are working on an option to allow users to get or purchase the organizer.

If Platen organize the must and I have to be convinced to request to RIP writer. When and if available AA won't charge extra.
AA has exclusive right to distribute RIP world wide. Many dealers are knocked Katari but all the time landing in my email box. Lol.
In USA(not other country) AA is the sole source. Not as before.(AA sold to resellers). Cut middle man for TSF members, lol.
Cheers! RIPs are on me always.

Nope, never sold by anyone but AA worldwide. RIP for Epson
F2000. Way different than RIP for Epson modified printer.
Do you own F2000? If so maybe you want to contact us.
Cheers! RIPs are on me always

Is it really a completely different RIP or the same product with a different driver ?

In general our product is the same for all DTG products, just different drivers.

Best regards

Good Morning David,
Again you picking me with word I used . I was simply answering the question.
"Omni's Kathari rip will work on Epson2000?""Aren't they same"
My answer was "No it will not work". Not same.
Your answer will be "Yes they are same but Not work until change Driver" bottom line is "IT WILL NOT WORK" Right
David TSF members are not RIP writers. We leave you along to make money . Therefore we will never use words that fits your world. If I leave you in hospital You will be lost on words thay are using. Lol.
However we do understand very well on "YES" or "NO".
I have wishful thinking which you will say "No, it won't work" too.
Cheers! RIPs are on me always.
