Default anyone have issues with blue?

For some reason when printing blue it always bleeds through or i am seeing print lines. i did head alignment and all heads are clean. im not sure what is going on here, whether its light blue or dark blue looks like crap. its hard to see in the photo but when looking at it you can really see the blue is just not right...

My guess is the white is too heavy and not cured enough when the blue hits it and is bleeding through. Image armor ultra tends to cure the white a little faster than other pt's I am finding. Also maybe too much pressure during the press. Can you hover first before pressing?

Are you using Garment Creator or a RIP? For either, what is the resolution of color ink you are using?

If you are using Garment Creator, use a Level 2 for color when printing with white ink. I've noticed a Level 1 can appear banded on certain colors since the ink doesn't spread like it does on a plain fabric.

I'm using Neo rip production mode. I'm not sure why it's only the shade blue all other colors are perfect

I don't know how the RIP is set up, but I would bump up the color layer by 1 resolution setting. So if the setting is 1440x720 (8 pass), try changing it to 10 pass. If it's 720x720, bump it up to 1440x720.

I've see this every once in awhile make sure your screen has a decent stencil on it. If your emulsion is not deep enough you won't get a proper thickness to your layer, causing your royal and reds to have that effect on white. Also this can happen if your textile is tacked to much and will splinter when you pull.

I think the new version of Garment Creator actually removed screens and stencils completely from the process.
