I'm glad you posted this. I tried to contact them myself. I was transferred 4 Times. I was finally connected to someone from customer relations department 1866-734-2652. She said she just got off the phone with another Epson customer who purchase in May and there's nothing anyone can do for me...

I'm sure plenty of people are trying to call in like myself and getting denied.

I purchased mine through Belquette, Jarid if you can help me out in any way or lead me in the right direction that would be amazing. Thank you

Anyone else had any success?

Yeah this sucks that's about $6k off the price it was originally going for. I think machine costs are going down due to competition like the Spectra 3000.

The retail on this printer was never higher than $19,995. Remember though, it's a rebate. The value of the printer will still be at the going price of $18,995. Once the rebate is over, the price goes back up. Take a moment and go to EPSON's site where the rebates are and you'll see, they do this with all of their printers at one point or another.

None sense. Spectra price will not effects Giant company. Home base company vs Public Stock company? I understand better than anyone about start small because I am one of them. Lol.

Tomorrow is the last day of promotion. I am not sure it will extend or not? Your thoughts?
We have few customers who are trying to meet D day.
Cheers! Beers are on me always.

There will be smaller companies selling cheaper printers is what I'm saying and it will make enticing for people to buy them.
This was verbatim at first of the post:
For the Month of July, EPSON is offering a $2,000 Mail in Rebate on the SureColor F2000 Direct to Garment Printer. We will also be offering a free set of 600ml UltraChrome DG Inks at no additional charge.

Retail pricing on the F2000, is $19,995, our price is $18,995 and with the Mail in Rebate offer, your final price would be $16,995.00 We will also be including shipping and free training, a complete total package value of $22,374.70!

So I'm going off this. I actually touch the customer first hand and lots have been calling me about this but I don't sell printers so its not my concern but feel bad.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not anti-Epson. You're forgetting I also buy from them.

I would say Yahoo, Alta Vista (remember them) and others used to think Google was small at one time too

Hey Anthony, for a little clarification, I think it was not fully understood at the beginning of the rebate. The free ink offer ends today, the $2,000 rebate ends August 31.
