Default PR 600 Cap Driver

Hello I hope everyone is doing AMAZING. I was wondering if it is possible to make it so that the Brother PR 600 cap driver could embroider a hat larger than 2" in height?

I think you are limited when using cap frame, I have a durkee frame which I use for designs bigger than 2”.

There are 3 different PR cap drivers depending on which machine you have.

The first version for the PR600 was 5x2 which is really 1.9ish tall. The second version for the PR620 and updated PR600's and later 6 needle machines was 2 1/4 x 5 give or take. The third version for the 10 needle machines does 2 3/8x14.

Beyond that, if you have a 10 needle machine, the dream frame from Hooptech allows larger sizes but you can still only get so close to the brim before it hits the machine. It's a fairly complicated setup as you need make a lot of adjustments since the machine does not know you have a cap frame driver on the machine when you use it.
