Default Looking for Embroidery Machine Engineer Happy

Hi all, not sure if anyone can help? I have a Happy embroidery machine HCS-1201-30, and have a problem with it.
Basically, when the machine is sitting at the idle or 'C' position (275 degrees), the Take up lever ***'y is very high, and not lined up with the others, as you can see in images 'Takeup lever ***'y1 & 2'. In this position it stitches great, but the machine cannot change colour, as the crank ***'y gets caught on the back of the take up lever ***'y, as you can see in image 'Takeup lever ***'y back1'.
If I line up the take up lever ***'y with the others (as in the images Take up lever ***'y3 & Takeup lever ***'y back2), it sits at 320 degrees, instead of the 275 degrees it should be at.
I've also tried offsetting the timing, so that the take up lever ***'y is aligned with the others in it's idle (resting) position, this allows the machine to change colours, but stitching quality is horrendous!

So can anyone throw any suggestions my way, or put me in touch with an embroidery engineer who might be able to help. I'm based in South Wales in the UK. I've been in contact with a couple of engineers, but it's really difficult to find someone who specialises in these machines, and when you do, they seem too busy to be able to fit you in for the foreseeable future. I've been waiting since January for the current engineer to fit me in.

Please Help!

Thanks in Advance for taking the time to look at this, and any help would be greatly appreciated!
