Default Misaligned outlines

Hi Everyone, I have been referencing this forum for a while now and I have learned alot from you all. I ran into an issue with an outline on a logo and I'm having trouble getting things fixed. I have tried adding more embroidery backing but I'm still having an alignment issue with the outline on the shrubbery in the logo, and the feather highlights. The DST is tight and perfect!

Does anyone have suggestions on tightening the outline? I am considering recommending that they drop the outline entirely.
