Default Tajima potentiometer replacement

Trying to replace the potentiomenter on a Tajima TMFXII-C1206, the wire on the original part is a lot longer than the replacement part. We cannot see where the pulg is on the original. Has anyone replaced a potentiometer on a Tajima and can give us some insight? Thank you!

Default Re: Tajima potentiometer replacement

The potentiometer cable connector is somewhere in the machine body.
Pull easy the potentiometer cable, and you
you will find it.

If the new potentiometer cable is to short, extend the cable !
Pay attention to don t MIX the wires !!!
