Default Issues Printing From PSD & AI Blues Turning Green

I have two separate issues going on here, probably should have made two different threads.....

First issue: When I print from AI my colors don't "pop" like when I print from PSD. Not sure why, I have the exact same work spaces set up in both programs. Same profiles same printer and profiles. I can even drag and drop from AI to PSD print and PSD will always have better colors......

Second issue: Certain colors print better with different profiles. Meaning I cannot use "one set up" to print everything. Mainly my blues turn aqua when pressed. Doesn't happen if I design something because I have a color chart that I pressed and choose my colors off of that. This happens mainly to "pictures" or photographs and customer provided artwork. So lets say I normally use PSD manages colors and my icc profile. Turn off printer controls no icm correction. I use this setup to print majority of my things. When I get a file that is predominately blue I have to switch to printer manages profiles and print with correction vivid.
If not my blues turn aqua. Time and temp do not make a difference. I tried countless times. My other colors print fine.........

Any ideas?

TIA

Do you have both Photoshop and AI set to RGB Mode and not CMYK?

YES they are both set to RGB but doesn't matter I also tried CMYK also and PSD stil had better results.

I would have thought that they would both print the same but I guess that's why one is for vector work and one is for photos??????

When I had this happen, it was because the color setting was not set to "North American General Purpose 2". Once I set that, the colors printed as expected. Technical support at Conde solved this for me.
