Default BIG problem with an Epson T5200

Hi from Spain,
We have just received a Epson T5200 for sublimation, and our OS is mac 10.8. Epson's manual clearly says it works with a mac from 10.5, so no problem with that. We have installed by ethernet. BIG problem is that once we click on "Print" on Illustrator, photoshop,..... I can't manage to order to the printer that I want x copies of one design fitting the width of roll. I create an customized size of paper and then I select x copies per sheet. So I click print, and printer prints just one copy (size reduced!), wasting a lot of paper, cuts paper, prints another copy, wasting more paper, cut,......

A nightmare. Does anyone who to do that???
