Default Coastal Business Drawstring Bags paper line issue

I love these bags colors come out great BUT I keep getting the paper line in the item. I am using the vapor foam. I have tried both placing the foam over the entire platten and on the lightest pressure possible and still get lines. I have tried placing a smaller than paper piece inside and I get less noticeable lines but they are there and then get discoloration in the paper area.

Does anyone know how to stop this? I have gone through 10 bags so far and have talked to their tech support twice who say lighten the pressure but Im at the lightest pressure possible. These are such pricey items to I would like to get this resolved.

Is your transfer paper area larger than your foam area?

The transfer paper edges needs to overhang the press area boundary of the foam.

Yes that's how I did try it and still
Got the lines. They now say to do a larger piece covering the whole
Platter with light pressure which gives no discoloration but still have the lines

If the edges of the transfer paper are off the press they can't be making the lines in the product.

Could it be the strings. I just did several bags and figured out that I needed to actually untie the drawstrings so that they would not interfere with pressing. Or could it be the seam allowances of the fabric?

No the paper is not hanging off the heat press it's hanging off the foam inserted in the bag under the prices image

I think the line is coming from the foam pillow and the transfer paper.
You can solve it with larger paper and throw the foam pillow across the room.
