Default Mug size - is bigger better?

Most vendors sell the 11 ounce sub mugs, some sell larger ones. I personally prefer larger ones to use...fewer trips for refills so I wondered if people who sell a lot of mugs just use the 11 oz and do you get requests for larger ones and which ones?

we sell the 15oz equally as much as the 11oz. the price difference is $0 as the cost is so close for each. the men like the bigger ones, the women like the smaller ones.
