I am new to the dtg printing however we purchased an old VIPER 2 DTG Printer.
When we send a color job to be printed it only prints it in WHITE. However when we print a test page or a nozzle check all the colors come out perfect.
Yes we have gone through the profile settings for the print on white tshirts. There is no color required for that print. so nothing is there. When we attempt to print it prints in white with no color, very strange. However if we print a test page directly from the viper2 the color and alignment are perfect.
in settings you have layer profile. make sure the color option has the cmyk optiuons checked. I think it's a software related issue. or you could try to reset the software to default. I've never had this happen. I have an M2 with C6 Rip
Here is my layer. I am printing on a White TeeShirt. What is so strange is if I am in Rip Pro C6 and run nozzle check from the software it prints in color. If I use a queue and send to the printer it does not print color.
