Default Head alignement required after each print

Hey,

I seem to be having an issue with my HM1 where I'm having to do a head align/clean after each t-shirt, is this normal? I also find that my prints aren't very clear. As in not so much blurry but can't see much of the finer details in the image.

I'm using DTG RIP Pro V.06

What settings are everyone else using to do their prints?

On the white T-shirt im currently doing I have the following set:

Quality: 1440x1440
Colour Appearance: Photo/Normal
One Pass
