Angry Viper 2 dtg error 1601 need help

My printer has an error 1601, I have installed a new print head carriage unit with the hope of resolving the error code 1601. Changed the PW sensor twice and the board for the sensor including the main board but every time I start the printer it has the same error code. I do not know what else to do.

Issue #2 The dongle software is also missing Viper 2 parch. It needs to be updated. Even after installing the software from the main manufacture site, still my dongle does not show Viper 2 but only the other printers that it also supports.

In service manual, Error 1601 indicates only problems with PW sensor, to solve - replace it. If you have tried to replace it, maybe something wrong with connection wires, so the signal is not going to mainboard.
